QWhere are you allowed to drive?
You can drive wherever you want to, the only condition is to return e-scooter within the zone marked in the app, in suitable, publicly accessible and visible place for next user - ideal would be ANTIK charging station. E-scooter shouldn´t park on the sidewalk or in public greenery or shouldn’t block the road, so the next user can get it without any difficulties.
QIs it necessary to return e-scooter to a Antik charging station?
ANTIK e-scooter is possible to return after ride by following rules:
  • If client returns e-scooter to charging station marked with ANTIK logo within the area of use (zone) – city or if the e-scooter has battery status at least 20 % and client returns the scooter within the area of use, returning is free of charge.
  • If client returns e-scooter to defined return zones within the area of use (zones)– city and battery status is below 20 %, according to the price list there is a charge of 1 € or 2 € depending on chosen zone visible in the app.
  • If client returns e-scooter outside of defined zones within the area of use (zone)– city and battery status is not at least 20 % there is a charge of 20 €.
  • If client returns e-scooter outside of area of use (zone)– city there is charge of 70 €.
  • If you return e-scooter to ANTIK charging station (with any % charged and with more than 10 minutes of ride), we’ll reward you with 5 free minutes for the next ride
QIs it possible to try a ride for free?
Unfortunately, not. Before every ride, client must have credit at least 1 €. Client recharges credit in the ANTIK SmartWay app – minimal value 10 €. However, every client gets first 15 minutes for free, all you have to do is to pay deposit and credit, that are necessary.
QDo I have to pay deposit?
It is necessary to pay deposit of 40 € (ANTIK clients pay only 20 €). Also, i tis necessary to have recharged credit for at least 1 €. Ride is charged 0,15 €/1 min. and for ANTIK clients only 0,10 €/1 min.
QHow do I pay for a e-scooter ride?
You can pay by recharging a credit, normally you pay always after finishing a ride 0,15 €/1 min. and ANTIK customer 0,10 €/1 min.. It is minute tariffing.
QI returned e-motobike (e-scooter, e-bike) to ANTIK charging station. Do I get any benefits for that?
After returning and connecting ANTIK e-transport to ANTIK charging stations, you get 5 free minutes for next ride. However, it is necassary to have 10+ minutes ride before that.
QI found a free e-scooter on the street, but I cannot load QR code and unlock box for helmet. What should I do?
It‘ possible, somebody else could get the e-scooter, or may be out of service due to damage. Please, choose another e-scooter. If e-scooter has visible failure, you can help us and other drivers by letting us know through app in section marked with crossed tools as a service report.
QI don´t want to drive anymore and want to return deposit and remaining credit.
Termination of the contract is possible to do directly in the app of course if you don´t have e-scooter unlocked at the moment. Deposit and remaining credit will be returned in a few days automatically to card or account you used to pay from. Maybe it is not worth to do it as we are expanding our network with new cities and attractive localities, so we will be happy to welcome you back. Re-registration with e-mail that had been previously used will be allowed after 30 days.
QI´m ANTIK client. Do I have any benefits?
ANTIK clients have several benefits. Deposit for e-scooter is instead of 40 €, just half, so 20 € and riding is cheaper, instead of 0,15 €/1 min you pay only 0,10 €/1 min. Follow us to find out more benefits.
QDoes deposit applies both for bikesharing and scootersharing on the same account?
If you are ANTIK client, yes, with bikesharing you don´t have to pay deposit, but for e-scooters you need to pay 20 €. App will automatically notice you by selecting e-scooter. If you are not ANTIK client and have paid 20 € deposit for bikesharing, for using e-scooters is necessary to pay 20 € more, so the whole deposit is 40 €.
QDo I need a driving licence?
For using ANTIK e-scooter it is necessary to have AM driving licence, that is part of B driving licence. Minimal age for driving an e-scooter is 18 years.
QHow do you know that my driving licence is valid and belongs to me?
Although driver is primarily responsible, system is designed to minimize unauthorized use. Before the ride you have to register and add photo of your ID and driving licence by taking photo directly in the app- taking a selfie. So there is you and driving license in your hand at the same time on the photo. This model works in other countries and by practice it was found out that this is the easiest and safest way. Please note, that we have 48 hours to approve the registration and driving licence (usually less) and it is possible to make it directly in the app. This process has to be done just once. Photos of you and your IDs will be automatically removed from our system after approving the registration or after 48 hours.
QWhat about the helmet and hygiene?
Helmet is required for driving an e-scooter. You can find it in the trunk in the back of the e-scooter and it is connected by a connector that detects the location of the helmet in the box itself. After driving, you need to put the helmet back and plug it into the connector for the system to detect that you have returned the helmet. There are also hygienic aids in the trunk. Helmets and e-scooters are frequently disinfected.
QWhat if police stopped me?
As a holder of AM driving licence you are supposed to be aware of road traffic regulations. In case of police check follow few simple steps. Open rear box. There you can find registration book together with white/green card. After the check please return documents to the place you have taken them out from. It is your duty to check them before and after the ride. If documents are missing, please let us know. Driving without them is not allowed and you are taking a responsibility for any penalty.
QAre there any vouchers for a ride?
Yes. You can also use a voucher for free minutes. Vouchers can be won in various ANTIK competitions and so on. Follow us and don´t miss anything.
QI have problematic e-scooter, can I report it?
Yes, in case of any problem there is an option to report it by marking specific part of the e-scooter, where the error is.
QDo you have suitable place to gather e-scooters?
Contact us at smartway@antik.sk and we will be happy to check the place. We have obtained many places for e-scooter stations thanks to the tips from our fans. However, we want to add ANTIK charging stations to e-scooter stations, where it is possible to charge the e-scooter.
QIs e-scooter monitored?
Yes, every e-scooter is monitored by GPS unit to determine its location on the map and is nonstop connected via GSM network with ANTIK headquarter to calculate driving time and subsequent charging. Every e-scooter is immediately alarmed in case of unwanted movement without renting in our system, where we can find it in case of theft.
QI like scootersharing project, how can I support it?
You can help us in many ways, e. g. if you find fallen e-scooter on the ground, you can put it back on the stand, or move to appropriate place, so it won´t block sidewalk. We will be glad, if you report problem with e-scooter via app. Also, we will appreciate if you could make an article about the project, share your experience on social network, or offer us good place to promote the project.
QI lost my phone during ride. Will I be charged for my ride until I find it?
You have to be careful as it is necessary to confirm the end of the ride in the app. When this happens, try to report it as soon as possible by phone at +421 650 777 888.
QWhat should I do, if I want to make a complaint?

QIs ride on the TS model and the CUX e-scooter under the same price conditions and rules?
Yes, the price and riding conditions are the same for each electric motorcycle model in Scootersharing service from ANTIK.
QI’m Antik client and don’t have any benefits in the app.
Make sure that you don’t have any debts towards Antik. If not, then make sure via app or Customer Zone that your registration credentials corresponds with your Customer Contract credentials. If that’s also isn’t the case, then request cancellation of an incorrectly created Customer Account via app in the My Account section, repeat if necessary. More info about Antik Clients benefits.
